摘要滾動軸承作為機械行業中最為常見的標準件之一,在機械領域的生產中一直被廣泛的應用。而作為最為普通的一種滾動軸承,深溝球軸承的裝配游隙的控制顯得極為重要。隨著我國機械行業的不斷發展,過去的那種手工式低效的檢測手段已經越來越無法滿足機械生產提高效率的需求,所以開發一套低成本,高效率,高精度的自動化軸承參數檢測儀器成為實際生產的迫切需要。
    本文在了解當前國內外深溝球軸承內溝道直徑檢測常用方法的基礎上,借鑒了國內外自動檢測相關技術,分析了深溝球軸承在線自動檢測的實際功能需求后提出了一套以比較法測量為原理,基于可編程控制技術的深溝球軸承內圈溝道直徑測量系統。35253
    本文首先介紹了深溝球軸承內圈溝道檢測的機械系統結構設計,主要包括進料裝置,氣動推進裝置,測量裝置及支承部分。
根據深溝球軸承內圈溝道直徑檢測的需求,本文完成了測控系統硬件的選擇,介紹了軟件的部分流程。測控系統主要包括測量系統動作控制,溝道直徑檢測和PLC工控機的I/O接口三部分。

Abstract
   As one of the most common standard parts in mechanical industry, rolling bearing has been widely used in the field of machinery. As one of the most common rolling bearings, control the assembly clearance of deep groove ball bearings is very important.    This paper on the deep understanding of the current domestic and foreign deep groove ball bearings channel diameter detection methods based on, draw lessons from the domestic and foreign automatic detection technology, analysis of the deep groove ball bearing online automatic detection of the actual functional requirements put forward a to compare the measurement principle, the programmable control technology of deep groove ball bearing inner ring raceway diameter measurement system based on.
   In this paper, we first introduce the mechanical system structure design of deep groove ball bearing inner ring channel detection, mainly including feeding device, the pneumatic propulsion device, measuring device and a supporting part.
   According to the demand of deep groove ball bearing inner ring raceway diameter detection, the selection of hardware monitoring and control system, introduces the software part of the process. The measurement and control system mainly includes three parts, the measurement system operation control, the channel diameter detection and the I/O interface of PLC industrial computer.
