PLC自動罐裝流水線系統設計=梯形圖

摘要: 自動灌裝流水線控制系統對自動灌裝流水線的檢測單元、封蓋單元工藝流程,設計過程控制系統的總體設計方案,確定控制算法方案,選擇控制系統硬件包括控制器的選擇;控制系統的網絡結構;I/ O 的分配及模塊的選擇,編制PLC控制程序及HMI程序。在此自動灌裝線的設計中應用到了RSLogix5000軟件進行編程,通過梯形圖完成對整個控制系統的控制功能,自動灌裝生產線生產環節相對較多,生產線控制也相對比較復雜,其中自動灌裝就是生產線上最重要的生產環節,設計系統最終能夠實現下面幾項功能:(1)對空瓶進行運送、灌裝,灌裝量依照空瓶大小設計確定;(2)對滿瓶進行傳送及統計數量,計數內容包括累計、單位包裝計數,單位包裝計數量可依照包裝大小設計確定以及不合格產品的揀出;(3)能夠確保手動式復位。該系統采用了羅克韋爾自動化PLC可編程序控制器、傳感器、繼電器、行程開關等電器元件,利用PLC自動控制功能,利用組態軟件的功能實現自動罐裝生產過程的自動化控制。運用PLC來實現自動灌裝系統的控制,能夠實現生產線的效率最大化、更加智能也更加靈敏。對勞動效率有很大的提高,對自動灌裝的質量和產量也有著遠大的意義和積極地影響。也實現了無人監控。34795
