STC89C52單片機溫度檢測與無線傳輸系統設計+電路圖+源程序

采用單片機STC89C52對DS18B20傳感器進行控制。本設計在溫度檢測的基礎上實現了溫度數據的遠距離無線傳輸,應用的是nRF905無線通信芯片,實現了對溫度數據進行檢測和無線傳輸控制

摘要當今社會的發展離不開單片機和傳感器技術,這兩者已經在我們生活和工作的各方面都有廣泛的應用。傳統的溫度傳感器以熱敏電阻為溫度檢測方法,可靠性差,溫度誤差大。新型的溫度傳感器DS18B20以單總線的特有連接方式,大大簡化了復雜電路,具有溫度檢測可靠性高、準確率高的優點。為了便于智能化控制,本文采用單片機STC89C52對DS18B20傳感器進行控制。本設計在溫度檢測的基礎上實現了溫度數據的遠距離無線傳輸,應用的是nRF905無線通信芯片,實現了對溫度數據進行檢測和無線傳輸控制。34568
本設計給出了系統硬件原理圖、軟件流程圖和具體實物。系統實物制作精細,布局清晰,結構緊密,線路簡潔,體積適中,能在正常情況下進行溫度檢測和無線傳輸,擁有廣闊的應用前景,尤其在工廠、智能化企業、溫室大棚等領域應用廣泛。本設計擴展靈活,檢測誤差小,打破了傳統儀器整體難以擴展維護的局限性,使用起來很方便,在工業溫控場合有很大的用處。

Abstract  Today's society can not develop without MCU and sensor technology, both of which have been in all aspects of our lives and work have wide applications. Conventional temperature sensor to thermistor temperature detection method, poor reliability, temperature error is large. The new temperature sensor DS18B20 single bus connection to the unique, greatly simplifies the complexity of the circuit, with a temperature detecting high reliability, high accuracy advantages. In order to facilitate intelligent control, we use microcontroller STC89C52 on DS18B20 sensor control. The design on the basis of the detected temperature to achieve a long-distance wireless transmission of temperature data, the application is nRF905 wireless communications chips, to achieve the temperature data detection and wireless transmission control.

  This design gives the system hardware schematics, software flowcharts and specific kind. System of physical production of fine, clear layout, compact, simple lines, moderate size, can detect the temperature and wireless transmission under normal circumstances, have broad application prospects, particularly widely used in factories, Intelligent Enterprise, greenhouse and other fields. The design expansion flexibility, small detection error, breaking the traditional instrument is difficult to expand the overall maintenance of limitations, easy to use, in the case of the industrial temperature control is very useful.
