摘要飛速發展的科學技術,使小規模的集成遙控已無法滿足現代工業的需求,新型的大規模集成遙控的出現,也帶動著遙控器飛速發展的步伐。在一些環境惡劣、干擾性強或是需要遠距離操控的大型工業現場,一般的如紅外、光控、藍牙甚至低頻無線電傳輸遙控器等,可靠性已達不到所需的要求。如何解決這些問題將是工業遙控器發展的方向和關鍵所在。34566
針對工業現場遠距離傳輸和執行情況反饋等要求,設計了基于STC89C52單片機為核心的無線電工業遙控器,以按鍵輸出控制信息,NRF24L01無線收發模塊進行2.4GHZ高頻無線收發,利用ULN2003模塊驅動大電壓,實現了單片機輸出電壓的放大,為下位機的繼電器控制提供了基礎。通過LCD顯示應答反饋信號,來實現一對一雙向通信
2.4GHZ是NRF24L01的頻段收發范圍,高頻率的射頻保證了其抗干擾性,也保證了較長的傳輸距離。同時30臺遙控器在一起也不會產生相互干擾的問題,為工業現場的抗干擾性提供了保障。本設計是基于單片機的無線遙控器,在對一些需求進行功能分析和技術改進的同時,也根據實際情況作了系統調試。以上都將在本文中詳細介紹。

Abstract
