摘要:金屬卟啉具有大?共軛結構,在可見光區有高的摩爾消光系數,是一類重要的功能分子。自然界中存在的許多天然卟啉以及它的金屬化合物,比如血紅蛋白、葉綠素等在呼吸、光合作用之類的生命過程中起重要作用。卟啉在我們的生活的各個方面也有著重要的應用,比如作為半導體材料用于材料化學,作為癌癥的診斷工具用于醫學,或者是用于能源化學方面等等。本論文以對羧基苯甲醛、吡咯和氯化銅為主要原料,丙酸做溶劑,高溫回流制得四羧基苯基卟啉銅,通過本次實驗得到一個制備四羧基苯基卟啉銅的高產率易提純的方法。在反應過程中,通過監測紫外可見光光譜了解合成進度。產物合成后通過洗滌萃取過濾等方法提純產物,再通過紫外光譜對其進行表征。35094

 The Synthesis and Characterization of Tetracarboxylporphyrin Copper
Abstract: Porphyrin is a compound in vivo large-conjugated cyclic structure having a metal porphyrin having a large conjugated structure in the visible region has a high molar extinction coefficient, are an important class of functional molecules. Many natural porphyrins found in nature as well as its metal compounds such as hemoglobin and chlorophyll plays an important role in breathing life processes like photosynthesis in. Porphyrins in all aspects of our lives also has important applications, such as a semiconductor material for the material chemistry, as a diagnostic tool for cancer medicine, or chemical energy is used, and so on. In this paper, carboxy benzal dehyde, pyrrole and copper chloride as the main raw material, propionic acid as solvent reflux temperature to obtain four carboxyl porphyrin copper to obtain a high yield four carboxyl porphyrin copper produced by this experiment rate method is easy purification.During the reaction, the visible light spectrum to understand the synthesis of progress by monitoring the UV.
