生物質熱解及其釋放氣體特性的研究

摘要:采用玉米秸稈,大豆秸稈,豆殼為生物質原材料研究生物質熱解及其釋放氣體特性的研究。熱解實驗結果表明以產氣為目的的熱解在800℃左右。在N2氣氛下對生物質進行熱重分析(TGA),以不同的加熱速率(10℃/min、20℃/min、40℃/min)對生物質的失重行為進行研究。對TG和DTG曲線的分析結果表明,生物質的熱解行為可以分成兩個明顯的反應階段,升溫 速率影響物料開始熱解的溫度以及熱解的溫度范圍,升溫速率的提高有利于生物質的熱解反應。對生物質熱解的TG曲線,DTG曲線和DSC曲線進行分析表明,將生物質的熱解分為兩個階段。使用不同金屬催化劑熱解生物質原料,得出在不同金屬催化劑的作用下的TG、DTG和DSC曲線圖。通過TG、DTG可看出此種催化劑對生物質熱解在某溫度下熱解速率達到峰值,通過DSC則明顯看出有兩個失重峰,第一個是熱解吸熱開始的溫度,第二個峰值是達到了熱解速率達到了頂峰,通過這三組曲線來詳細說明不同生物質和不同作用的催化劑對生物質熱解速率的影響。35545
