基于CAN總線的混合動力汽車通信網絡設計

摘要為了解決城市客車的能耗與排放,近年來混合動力車技術水平取得了長足的進步。 混合動力汽車采用兩個動力源,結構復雜,車上大量采用電子控制系統,這些復雜的系統控制需要檢測及交換大量數據,傳統的連接方式不但煩瑣、昂貴,而且可靠性差、維護成本高,無法滿足車輛通信的要求。本文課題研究的IE是混合動力客車的電子設備之間的通信系統。36831
針對車上大量電子設備的應用所產生的諸多問題,BOSCH公司開發了CAN總線標準。CAN總線己成為目前國際上應用最廣泛的現場總線之一,其總線規范也已被ISO國際標準組織制定為國際標準。
CAN協議是建立在國際標準組織的開放系統互連模型基礎上的,其模型結構有3層,只取了OSI底層的物理層、數據鏈路層和應用層。不過,CAN協議只詳細定義了物理層和數據鏈路層,對應用層卻沒有定義。因此,產生了許多知名的應用層協議,如DeviceNet、CANopen、J1939/ISO11783等。美國工程師協會(SAE)針對載貨車和大客車制定了SAEJ1939協議,但是針對混合動力汽車卻沒有統一的CAN應用層協議。
本文闡述了CAN總線通信協議的特點,比較詳細的介紹了適用于貨車和客車的SAEJ1939通信協議。針對缺乏混合動力客車總線協議的情況,參照ji939協議開發了混合動力客車通信系統的應用層協議,并在此基礎上用CANoe系統進行了CAN總線的仿真實驗,通過實驗驗證了本協議的可行性。

Abstract
Recent years, in order to solve the problem of the expend of energe sources and releasing of the bus in city,the technology level of the HEV have a great improvement.Hybrid Electric Vehicle(HEV) has two sources of power,so the structure of it is very complex. A great deal of electronic euipments were adopted in HEV to observe and share many informations. For the reasons of fussy, expencive of price,low reliability and costliness of maintenance,the traditional connection can not satisfy the request of vehicle connection. What this paper works over is comunication system among each HEV's Ecus.
To solve the problem which the electric equipmens brings, BOSCH corporation explored CANbus(Controller Area Net).At presentjCANbus has already been one of the Fieldbuses which is applied most widely in worId,Its specification has been set down the international standard by ISO(International Organization for Standardizatoin).
CAN protocol is based on ISO's OSI, but its model structure only has three layers, which are physical layer, data link layer and application layer. As CANbus defined physical layer and data link layer excepting application layer, many famous higher layer protocols have appeared, such as DeviceNET, CANopen, J1939/ISO 11783 and so on. Thereinto, SAE(Society of Automotive Engineers) has set down J1939/11783 applying for truck and bus. At the same time, there was no uniform CAN higher layer protocol applying for HEV by now.
This paper describes the application of the CANbus and the J1939 protocol which used in truck and bus communication. As the shortage of protocol for HEV, we defined an application layer protocol of HEV according to the J1939 protocol. And we also made a simulation experiment for CANbus using CANoe system. The experiment proved the workability of the protocol.
