摘要:TIFY轉錄因子超家族是在植物中特有的基因家族,在植物的生長與發育過程中起重要作用。目前,在模式植物擬南芥中對TIFY家族基因的研究比較多,但在茄科植物中有關TIFY家族基因的研究卻很少。本文以番茄與土豆作為茄科植物代表,基于計算生物學方法對這2個物種的TIFY基因進行系統性剖析。系統發生與序列分析表明,21個番茄和21個土豆TIFY基因被分為4個類群,每個類群內具有相似的基因結構與保守基序組成,但不同類群之間的基因結構與蛋白序列特征有明顯分化。對番茄與土豆的2對旁系同源基因的選擇壓力和表達譜分析顯示:2對旁系同源基因均受控于負選擇,具有較高保守性,未發生適應性進化;但2對旁系同源基因的表達譜發生了明顯分化,說明這2對同源基因的分化主要體現在基因表達譜上。這些研究結果將有助于我們進一步深入研究茄科植物TIFY基因的生物學功能,也為深刻認識TIFY蛋白在茉莉酸信號轉導途徑中的作用奠定理論基礎。 36160

Molecular Identification and Comparative Analysis of the TIFY Family Genes in Solanaceae Species
Abstract: TIFY transcription factor superfamily in plants specific gene family plays an important role in the growth and development of plants in the process. At present, the model plant Arabidopsis to study TIFY family genes are more, but in the Solanaceae plant family genes related TIFY research are few. In this paper, tomato and potato as a representative of the Solanaceae, based on computational biology methods of these two species TIFY systematically analyze gene. Phylogenetic and sequence analysis revealed that 21 tomato and 21 potato TIFY genes were pided into four groups, each groups have similar gene structure and conserved motifs, but the structure and characteristics of the protein sequence of the gene between different groups There are obvious differentiation. For two pairs of paralogs tomato and potato selection pressure and expression profiling analysis showed: two pairs of paralogs are controlled by negative selection, with high conservation of adaptive evolution did not occur, but two pairs paralogs gene expression profile distinct differentiation occurs, indicating that the two pairs of homologous genes differentiation is mainly reflected in the gene expression profiles. These findings will help us to further study the biological function of the Solanaceae TIFY genes, but also for a deep understanding of the role TIFY protein in jasmonate signal transduction pathway theoretical basis. 源¥自%六^^維*論-文+網=www.aftnzs.live
