通過研究黃花月見草的最適種植密度及其銅鉛鋅污染土壤中的生長狀況研究,研究黃花月見草的田間最適種植密度以及植株對銅鉛鋅三種重金屬的耐性情況,以期在植物修復重金屬污染

摘要:土壤重金屬污染問題日益嚴重,銅、鉛、鋅污染土壤的修復已成為近年研究熱點。本文通過研究黃花月見草的最適種植密度及其銅鉛鋅污染土壤中的生長狀況研究,研究黃花月見草的田間最適種植密度以及植株對銅鉛鋅三種重金屬的耐性情況,以期在植物修復重金屬污染土壤的研究方面有更進一步的指導作用。研究表明,適合黃花月見草植株生長的種植間距為0.5 m~1 m。從黃花月見草植株生長方面和產量方面綜合考慮,種植密度可選擇每畝3500株左右。黃花月見草體內銅鉛鋅含量的分布規律為地下部>地上部>種子;黃花月見草對銅的轉運能力與土壤銅含量在一定程度上成正比,銅含量過高后黃花月見草的銅轉運系數有所下降;黃花月見草地下部向地上部及種子的鉛鋅轉運能力較弱;黃花月見草種子中的重金屬含量都很低,均在10~30mg/kg范圍內,說明黃花月見草對于銅鉛鋅有一定的吸收能力,同時種子中的重金屬含量較低,可作為治理銅鉛鋅污染的修復植物以及安全的經濟作物進行栽培。34928

Study on the optimum growth density of Oenothera glazioviana
and its adaptability to copper, lead and zinc contaminated soil
Abstract:Soil heavy metal pollution problem is increasingly serious, copper, lead, zinc pollution soil remediation has become a hot topic in recent years. In this paper, the optimum planting density and the growth status of Cu, Pb and Zn polluted soils were studied by studying the optimum planting density of Osmanthus hibiscus and the resistance of three heavy metals in copper, lead and zinc. And has a further guiding role in the study of plant remediation of heavy metal contaminated soil. The results showed that the planting distance of the plants was 0.5 m ~ 1 m. From the growth and development of the plants, the planting density can be chosen to be about 3500 per acre. The distribution of copper, lead and zinc in the grass of the herbaceous plants was above that in the shoots> aboveground> seeds. The transport capacity of copper on the copper was proportional to the copper content in the soil, and the copper content was too high. Of the copper transport coefficient decreased; the northern part of the grass to see the grass to the ground and the seeds of lead and zinc transport capacity is weak; yellow grass grape seed in the heavy metal content is very low, both in the range of 10 ~ 30mg / kg, The herb has a certain absorption capacity for copper, lead and zinc, and the content of heavy metals in the seeds is low, which can be used as a repair plant for the treatment of copper, lead and zinc pollution and safe economic crops.
