摘要:β-苯乙醇(β-PE)是一種具有玫瑰、水仙特征香氣的芳香醇,隨著香料天然化進程的發展,作為第二大香原料,天然香料β-PE的研究變得越來越重要。發酵產品原位分離技術是整個研究的重點,不僅可以降低分離成本,也可以解除產物的抑制效應。大孔吸附樹脂是產品分離技術領域內發展最快的技術之一。這種高聚物吸附劑具有比表面積較大、交換速度快、不易污染、穩定性好、解析條件溫和以及再生處理方便等諸多優點。目前,β-PE生物轉化分離過程選擇的大孔吸附樹脂為進口樹脂,價格昂貴,達到150萬/噸,造成整個β-PE產品分離成本較高。本文研究了國產樹脂HZ816、CZ90、CZ722、CZ300、CZ100、BS67-1、BS67-4、BS-80-6、BS-80-7及進口樹脂JP125的平-衡吸附量。經篩選后,發現CZ90樹脂的吸附容量達到133mg/g,比進口樹脂提高了34%。且吸附、解吸和磨損性等方面的性能更優于JP125。本文研究對降低β-PE的分離純化成本有一定的應用價值。34712

being unable to pollute, good stability, being able to be resolved under the mild conditions, easy recycling and so on. At present, imported resin has been chosen in the macroporous adsorption resin separation process, which is expensive,even up to 1.5million each ton, causing the cost of whole β-PE separation is high. This paper studied the separation rate of homemade resins—— HZ816, CZ90, CZ722, CZ300, CZ100, BS-67-1,BS67-4, BS-80-6, BS-80-7 and imported resin
JP125. After the screening, the capacity of adsorption of the resin CZ90  reached 133mg/g, 34% higher than imported resin. In addition, its performance of adsorption, desorption and abrasion is better than JP125. This study has a certain value to reduce the cost of β-PE in the separation
and purification.
