摘要:本文采用FLS900型穩態和瞬態熒光光譜儀研究了銀納米顆粒對全血溶液的熒光增強效應。首先,研究了不同濃度全血溶液的熒光光譜,發現全血溶液在512nm和560nm處有熒光峰。其次,在不同濃度的血液中加入相同量的銀納米顆粒進行熒光增強研究,發現血液的熒光峰強度得到明顯增強,其中512nm 處的熒光強度的增強倍率為7.3,560nm 的熒光強度的增強倍率為11.9。實驗結果表明銀納米顆粒能提高熒光的發射效率,顯著增強血液熒光。最后,將不同濃度的熒光發射峰的熒光增強倍數進行了對比,發現當血液濃度為0.2%時,熒光增強效果最強。分析認為,銀納米粒子和血液中的熒光生色團互相作用產生了熒光增強效應,而增強效果和銀納米粒子與熒光物質之間的距離密切相關。34363
本文的研究結果為銀納米顆粒對全血溶液的熒光增強作用提供了實驗依據,對后續的研究具有一定的參考價值。

Study on fluorescent enhancement effect of silver nano particles on whole blood solution at different concentrations
Abstract: The FLS900 steady-state fluorescence spectrometer was used to study fluorescence enhancement effect of silver nano particles on whole blood solution at different concentrations. Fluorescence spectra of whole blood solution at different concentrations was investigated firstly, and fluorescence peak is 512nm and 560nm. The fluorescence intensity increased obviously when a certain amount of silver nano particles were added in the blood. The multiplying power of fluorescence intensity at wavelength of 513nm and 560nm is 7.3 and 11.9, respectively. The result showed that silver nano particle can enhance fluorescence intensity and fluorescence emission productiveness obviously. The multiplying power of fluorescent emission peak at different concentrations was compared and the best fluorescence enhancement effect was observed at the concentration of 0.2%. It was considered that the alternative effect of silver nano particle and fluorescent chromophore led to fluorescence enhancement effect, which is closely related to the distance between silver nano particles and fluorescent chromophore.
