摘要:現代科技的飛速發展,使得所有的領域都走向機械化,無論是農業、工業還是軍事等這些都離不開液壓技術。沒有液壓系統的支持,全面的機械化就難以實現。小到醫療設備,大到航空母艦,這些都離不開液壓系統。所以我們對液壓元件(如:先導式減壓閥)的掌握十分有必要。  34624
本次設計首先對先導式減壓閥結構的探究,擬定兩種方案來對先導式減壓閥進行研究:一種是管接式的,另一種是板接式的。通過對比和分析,管接式的裝配方便且結構簡潔明了,沒有復雜的結構,所以選擇了現在應用最普遍的管接式減壓閥進行先導式減壓閥的結構設計。通過對閥內部的尺寸參數和結構來進行設計,來提高閥的密封性,并且在現有的減壓閥基礎上通過改變主閥芯的材料,閥芯、閥套等精密零件可選用45鋼、40Cr、Cr12MoV、12CrNi3A、18CrMnTi、18CrNiWA及GCr15等高級工具鋼,從而提高減壓閥的靈敏度,使產品在滿足設計條件要求的情況下,更加經濟合理化。論文網
