摘要:智能電氣閥門定位器作為輔助調節閥實現流量的控制,在工業自動化控制領域發揮著越來越重要的作用。特別是在由原先基于機械式原理的閥門定位器向智能式閥門定位器發展的過程中,給工業控制領域帶來了根本性的變革,由原來的改善閥門特性、提高控制精度、速度和增加控制的靈活性到現在可以實現數字化、通訊化、智能化以及支持現場總線的通訊。當前,低碳節能環保越來越受到人們的重視,國家也相繼出臺了一序列政策來限制企業的能耗。因此低耗氣型智能閥門定位器成為發展方向,國外一些大公司已相繼研制成功了低耗氣型智能閥門定位器--壓電式智能閥門定位器,有的還配置有ARM協議、PROFIBUS總線、FF總線等現場總線接口。36408
本文的輸入信號有0~5V和4~20mA,考慮到工業安全問題,本文研制的智能閥門定位器是基于4~20mA電流的輸入信號。進行以低功耗為核心的總體設計,主要完成以下幾個方面的研究
(1)控制系統方案設計
(2)電路和電路板設計:包括電源電路的設計、按鍵電路的設計、液晶顯示電路的設計、閥位反饋電路的設計、I/P轉換電路的設計等
(3)簡要的程序設計:包括按鍵程序、液晶顯示程序等

Design of control system for precise positioning system of cylinder
