摘要:本設計是以EX-106數控車床主軸部件為主要內容。 主軸部件由主軸,主軸軸承和安裝在主軸的傳動件,密封件等組成。合理配置軸承可以提高主軸精度、降低溫升和簡化支承結構。數控車床主軸組件是機床實現旋轉運動的執行件,它直接帶動工件參加表面成形運動是機床上的一個關鍵部件。本次設計中,主要是對EX-106數控車床的主軸,主軸軸承及其密封潤滑進行設計。
本次設計中,采用的軸承配置方式是:雙向推力球軸承+雙列圓柱滾子軸承。本課題中數控車床的轉速較高,卻要求徑向剛度好,所以軸承的配置型式選擇為剛度速度型。36398
潤滑采用的是油潤滑高速主軸(如角接觸球軸承),發熱較多。為控制其溫升,希望潤滑時兼起冷卻的作用。采用油潤滑,用空氣冷卻的方法。由于主軸前端采用了雙列圓柱滾子軸承,速度較高,致使發熱較多,所以采用油潤滑,在潤滑時也起冷卻的作用。后端采用的是曲路密封為防止油液外漏,用油潤滑雙列圓柱滾子軸承。
密封方式由于前、后端軸承端蓋通孔和軸之間的密封屬于動密封。前端軸承為角接觸球軸承,轉速較高,采用油潤滑,為防止油液甩出,此處采用了氈圈油封;后端軸承也采用油潤滑,此處用迷宮式密封,利用其節流的作用達到密封的效果,且間隙中充滿著潤滑油,密封效果更好。
數控車床,主軸選用楔形帶傳動,主軸主要是車削加工,必須保證其加工精度,而帶傳動能緩和沖擊、吸收振動,故傳動平穩。由此選用一級帶傳動變速方式。
主軸檢測方面,主軸編碼器采用與主軸同步的光電脈沖發生器,兩根軸通過皮帶輪傳動1:1地同步傳動。
