摘要:表面施膠的目的通常是阻止液體滲透,讓紙張獲得較好的表面性能及改進紙頁的物理性能,是改善原紙性能的最高效手段。通過表面施膠機將乳化的膠液連續、均勻、穩定地涂敷在成紙表面,經過浸潤、滲透、擠壓等一系列的物理作用,在成紙的表面形成一層極薄的防水層,大幅度提高紙張的吸水性,同時在膠液的作用下提高纖維之間的結合強度和紙張的緊度,從而提高紙張的橫向環壓指數、縱向裂斷長等技術指標。36396
壓力施膠機有兩根輥,上輥和下輥夾角為30°。為了方便引紙,通過差動螺旋機構和底部的氣墊裝置調節兩輥的間隙和不同的線壓,以達到給不同紙張,不同膠液,不同線壓要求的施膠過程。兩輥有兩個電機帶動,配以液壓系統,將膠液箱中的膠液通過噴頭噴出,調節流量大小進行施膠量的調節,以達到最佳施膠效果。
