摘要:在我國的電力工業中,煤電約占總發電量的四分之三,電力工業每年耗煤約2.9億噸。我國的動力用煤往往煤質較差,而且煤質多變。在燃燒中常見的問題是燃燒不穩定,特別是由于電力工業對調峰的要求提高,要求鍋爐在較低負荷下運行時問題更加突出。本次設計的是300MW電站鍋爐直流煤粉燃燒器系統,論文首先通過對所給煤種進行的工業分析,確定了煤種實際的發熱量、鍋爐的基本參數、理論空氣量和煙氣量,并最終確定了爐膛燃料消耗量等;然后,計算爐膛的結構尺寸,先假定爐膛的容積熱負荷和截面熱負荷,計算出爐膛的容積和截面積以及爐膛的主體高度,并根據煤種特性來初步選定煤粉燃燒器的類型和布置方式,針對燃燒煤種和鍋爐容量選擇合適的制粉系統;最后,計算燃燒器的出力,確定一、二次風的風量,在此基礎上,最終確定出燃燒器的噴口截面尺寸和燃燒器的阻力。具體得到的計算結果是:一次風噴口截面積0.153m2,二次風噴口截面積0.327m2,燃燒器的高度9.82m,一次風道阻力368.09Pa,二次風道阻力506.00Pa。36113

The Design Of 300MW Power Plant Boiler Pulverized Coal Burner System
Abstract: In our power industry, coal electricity accounts for about 3/4 of total power generation, and the power industry consumes about 2.9 tons of coal annually. The power coal in our country is often poor, and the coal quality is changeable. Finally choosing the appropriate milling system on the basis of the coal properties and the boiler capacity. When all the work above is finished, it is possible to calculate the output of the burner and the volume of primary air and secondary air. At this point we can determine the section size of the burner nozzle and the resistance of the burner definitively.
