研究本課題,我查閱參考了西門子SIPART PS2 電氣閥門定位器的操作手冊,《機械原理》,《機械設計》,《連桿機構設計與創新》等書籍。初步確定選用連桿機構與齒輪機構的組合機構。最初的構想是:用該連桿機構來反饋閥桿位置,而齒輪有對閥桿位移的放大作用。通過各個方案的比對,響應工廠的機構簡單,便于安裝等要求,最終確定了一種簡單合理,經濟實惠的方案。然后在 X、Y 兩坐標方向上,再對方案作出了進一步的分析,包括機構運動分析,方案建模,方案精度等各方面的分析與研究。
