摘要:本文將以熨斗外殼模具設計,論述相關注塑模具的關鍵問題和優勢。該產品是配套件的主要零件,是采用塑料成型的,外觀表面質量要求較高,外形不允許留下有明顯的痕跡,對塑料材料的性能分析,熨斗外形的設計和建模,根據塑件的基本形狀和尺寸如搜,合理選擇注射的成型方法。著重解決模具結構設計合理,排氣性要好,要求成型后盡可能達到精度要求,要考慮成型過程中的變形。最佳成型方法的選擇,模具設計并進行理論分析。根據具體尺寸校核注塑模具以及注塑機的有關尺寸,并對工藝參數進行核定和計算。之后進行初步的審核對所存在的問題進行確定和修正,然后繪制模具總裝配圖,按裝配圖繪制成型零件及所有需要加工的零件工作圖,同時考慮零件的加工工藝。編制模具工作零件的機械加工工藝性是,了解模具的加工流程,加工工藝,學會分析確定澆注系統和分型面,進行模流分析,來確定最佳的澆注系統。在這次設計過程中充分利用課本中的理論,嚴格按照模具設計的步驟,查閱相關模具參數以及相關機械手冊,對塑件工藝性分析,分型面確定、成型零件設計、型腔數量確定、澆注系統設計等。完成一整套二維、三維模具零件圖、總裝圖,完成說明書。35861
