摘要氣動技術具有一系列顯著優點,在工業生產中得到了越來越廣泛的應用,己成為自動化不可缺少的重要手段。進入90年代后,氣動技術更突破傳統死區,經歷著飛躍性進展。氣動伺服技術作為本學科的前沿研究領域,備受人們的重視。氣動伺服定位技術已能使氣缸在高速運動下實現任意點高精度定位,突破傳統的氣動定位方法。基于現代工業在物流自動化上的需要,本文研發了一種新型的氣動伺服輸送機。35493
本課題針對某一元件的生產裝配線,對元件端蓋的移動和定位進行分析和控制,要求采用氣動伺服系統,設計一套相應的氣動控制回路,確定系統的原件和控制參數,選取合適的氣動驅動元件和伺服控制元件。
整個工作臺由X、Y兩個方向的導軌,元件端蓋從A點出發,移動至D處后需較為精確地停下,在D處加裝一工件。加裝完畢后移至B點,最后移到C處后由機械手抓將安裝好的元件端蓋取走,完成整個加工過程。在加工過程中,要注意到整個導軌的移動是由氣缸提供動力,由于氣體的可壓縮性,到達D處的定位難度大,需要重點考慮其定位控制。
全文對整體的工作臺外形進行了設計,并選用了THK公司生產導軌作為零部件的支撐以及導向,同時選用康茂盛公司生產的無桿氣缸作為驅動工作臺的元件。另外設計了一套氣動吸盤式機械手抓系統,完成工件的取放工作。整體的氣動控制比例流量閥對的直線驅動單元進行控制,通過上位機將系統的各項參數輸入至控制系統中,再由系統根據已設定的程序,控制驅動工作臺的行動。 源¥自%六^^維*論-文+網=www.aftnzs.live
