摘要軋機是金屬軋制過程的設備,主要包括設備、起重運輸設備、輔助設備和附屬設備等,指完成軋材生產全過程的裝備,一般所說的軋機僅僅指的是主要設備。
隨著鋼鐵加工工業結構調整步伐的加快,小型軋機生產技術裝備的發展趨勢正在向大坯重、連續化、高質量、高精度等方向發展。小型軋機的種類也正在從普通鋼向合金鋼、高精鋼等方向發展。目前軋機發展的方向是自動化、連續化、產品質量高, 專業化,消耗低。 35488
本次對軋機的電動機、軋輥、軋機的主傳動,減速器,軋機的測試系統,軸承及軸承座和軋機力矩等進行了設計和說明。完成φ120窄帶軋機 主傳動及測試系統設計。完成主傳動系統中主要部件的結構、安裝設計,完成傳感器的結構、安裝設計。完成信號測試、數據處理與分析軟件的工作流程與功能要求設計。完成主要零部件的強度、剛度計算、設計圖、裝配圖、總裝配圖與數據處理與分析軟件的工作流程與功能要求的原理圖等。本次對軋機主傳動設計與軋機測試系統設計是本次設計的主要方向。
