摘要:壓電式傳感器是一種典型的發電式傳感器,其傳感元件是力敏感元件,能測量最終能變為力的物理量,例如:力,力矩和加速度等。
     壓電式傳感器是根據石英晶片的晶體變形效應研制的一種鉆削測力儀。這種新型壓電式鉆削測力儀軸向力測量2片晶組采用石英晶組對裝;扭矩測量晶組則是由3片具有扭轉效應的晶片組成,這種裝置可以使電荷靈敏度增大1倍。35164
     壓電晶體能夠在鉆削過程中同一時間測量出扭矩、徑向力以及軸向力。而這三項指標也均能達到國際上所規定的標準。這類鉆削測力儀的靈敏度和固有頻率高、線性和重復性好,且測力儀結構較為簡單,而在使用過程中,裝配和調試都相對簡單,成本也較低,在工程中,具有良好的應用情景。論文網
