摘要鋼筋剪斷機是按要求把鋼筋剪切成在建筑或者工業工程中所需長度的專用機械,在建筑行業和工程機械中應用非常廣泛。鋼筋剪斷機按傳動方式可以分為機械傳動和液壓傳動兩種。機械傳動式鋼筋剪斷機,工作機構大都采用電動機經一級三角帶傳動和二級齒輪傳動減速后,帶動曲軸旋轉,曲軸推動連桿使滑塊和動刀片在機座的滑道中作往復直線運動,使活動刀片和固定刀片相錯而切斷鋼筋。
傳統機械傳動式鋼筋切斷機,其剪切運動通常是由一曲軸連桿機構完成的。但是由于小功率剪斷機機體體積比較小,因此機體內腔較為狹小,在裝配曲軸連桿時會比較困難。尤其是如果在使用中機體內部發生故障需要維修時,拆卸曲軸連桿的過程會比較復雜,給維修保養造成很大的不便。在不改變設備功能的情況下,將曲軸連桿機構改成凸輪結構,將曲軸改為凸輪軸形式,改進后的凸輪結構可以直接從機體的注冊孔中裝入或取出,而不必拆卸連桿。34818
