摘要:本文研究的是“紙帶式穿孔機”,此設備形狀雖小,但結構上有其特別之處。由于加工對象是紙制品,在設計中,要根據紙帶的特性,區別于塑料薄膜式穿孔機,使其符合新的加工要求。關于它送料方式選擇,根據紙帶的特性,此穿孔機采取推的送料方式。此設備是通過主軸的旋轉來帶動沖料,抬料和送料三個動作而進行的。其中偏心輪機構負責帶動沖頭沖料和杠桿抬料工作,凸輪機構負責穿孔機的送料工作。在送料過程中,首先要進行抬料,然后才能送料,所以需要計算抬料力。為了滿足設計要求,還要計算出沖裁力的大小以及對軸的作用力的大小,從而確定所需電動機的功率,并且合理選用電機。通過計算彎矩、扭矩、強度等要求,確定選用軸。為保證達到棘輪每轉過一個角度就能帶動紙帶前進3mm的要求來選用棘輪。此外,紙制品中合理的成型工藝、先進的模具也是必不可少的重要因素。選用載荷、壽命均能達到要求的軸承,并且計算設計凸輪、偏心輪與杠桿機構的詳細參數。34417
