摘要液壓機(又名:油壓機)液壓機是一種利用液體靜壓力來加工金屬、塑料、橡膠、木材、粉末等制品的機械。它的原理是利用帕斯卡定律制成的利用液體壓強傳動的機械,種類很多。液壓壓機是船體制造和車體制造中常用的設備,借助各類模具,加工船艏和船艉的雙曲率外板,單曲率外板及波狀壁等船用冷彎工件。這種壓機屬于框架式壓機,它是采用整體鋼板焊接成框架式支架,壓力、形成等可以按實際需求進行調整,故整體的剛性好,抗壓強度也高,應用于船體、汽車車體、零部件的壓印、成型等。不同于普通框式壓機,本課題要研究的壓機不僅要求上下工作臺要同步移動還要同步轉動,轉動角度達到360度,可使被壓得鋼板受壓面積較廣,鋼板所受下壓力較均勻。大多用于壓制船板,汽車車體等大型器件的外殼。35113

Abstract
  Hydraulic machine (aka: hydraulic machine) is a hydraulic machine to process metals, plastics, rubber, wood, powder and other products, machinery use hydrostatic pressure.
