中學生物學教學中滲透營養健康的研究

摘  要:初中生正是青少年長身體的重要時期,但有很多的初學生中卻出現了:不吃早餐、不愛運動、飯菜葷素搭配不合理等不良健康習慣,如果沒有正確的引導,就會導致初學生體質下降,身體發育、學習等方面都會受到不良影響。為了了解初中學生對營養健康問題的認識和理解,改變日常生活中對營養健康的錯誤的觀念和不良的生活習慣,并通過生物教學滲透營養健康相關知識,改善學生自身營養健康狀況,為更好的學習生活打下堅實的基礎。本研究主要采用文獻研究、調查研究、課堂實驗等研究方法。從理論和實踐兩方面,對初中生物學教學中滲透營養健康教育的方式方法進行探討。結合現代初中生所面臨的營養健康方面的問題,深刻挖掘生物教材中的有關營養健康教育的滲透點,在課內課外積極滲透健康教育。調查研究結果顯示:很多學生在營養健康觀念方面存在問題,比如不吃早餐的人占31.5%;挑食、偏食人數占10.9%,經常吃垃圾食品的人數占46.5%;合理膳食人數占29.6%;說明多數學生在營養健康方面存在一些錯誤的認識,在初中生物教學中滲透營養健康知識,使學生養成良好的營養健康習慣,注重營養均衡,合理膳食是非常必要的。36155
