摘要:隨著經濟全球化和中國加入WTO的成功,中國已成為跨國企業在世界上最為關注的最具發展潛力的市場擴張速度最快的國家。于是跨國公司紛至沓來,將中國最為市場的首選定位目標。為了更好地滿足中國巨大的市場需求,以及適應并驅爭先的市場競爭和加快中國本土化的進程已經成為他們的共識。中國國內企業在面對實力強大的跨國公司,要如何取其精髓,學會在競爭中求得生存和發展,是諸多本土企業現如今迫在眉睫的一大戰略需求。35786
本文主要論述了跨國公司本土化原因及利弊,并對在華本土化經營三大戰略加以案例進行具體分析論證。由此可得初步結論:追求利潤最大化的同時要做到迎合市場需求,讓跨國企業更好地在中國實施本土化需要戰略因素;戰略是否成功則要看文化因素。最后探討了跨國公司本地化的趨勢,對中國本土企業的影響和面對此大方向時我方應做出的戰略策略。

The Study of Multinational Corporations Localization Strategy in China
Abstract: Along with economic globalization and China's accession to the WTO succeeds, China has become a global strategic multinational companies and the fastest expansion in the most development potential markets in the world. Many large companies have invested in China have set up factories, in the investment process, is the localization of many multinational companies to the Chinese market's highest goal. In order to better meet China's huge market demand, as well as adapt to a highly competitive market and accelerate the pace of localization in China has become the consensus of many multinational giants. China's domestic enterprises in the face of powerful transnational corporations, should seek survival in the competition and development, and the success of multinational companies learn from their localization strategy in the institutional innovation and successful experience. China’s current accession’s pressing a major strategic task.

Localization management strategy in this paper, the multinational companies in China from the market, technology, culture, cost factors point to cases for specific analysis. Can get a preliminary conclusion that multinational companies pursuit of maximizing profit at the same time to meet the market demand, the multinational companies to better implement the strategy of localization need to factor in China; Multinational company localization strategy success depends on cultural factors. This paper also analyzes the main strategy with the localization of multinational companies in China and the case analysis, also analyzed its advantages and disadvantages in China's economy. Finally, discussed the trend of localization and local companies facing multinational corporations localization should make strategic policy.
