上海對外文化貿易研究

積極促進我國的“文化貿易”能夠更好更多地“走出去”,增加內容創意產品是一定要做的。當然,除了創意問題之外,文化差異問題、市場問題、觀念問題等等都是需要嘗試探討和研究

摘要:自從改革開放以來,上海的政府政策緊跟著對外政策——“走出去”,我們國家企業的對外投資增長勢頭也是十分強勁的,經濟發展愈發蓬勃,對外貿易總量也是與日俱增。就算有各種原因的影響,中國的對外文化貿易的情況暫時與發達國家有一定程度的差距,但是也已取得了相當有進步的成績。中國對外貿易發展是一個整體的大趨勢,打前鋒的幾個城市自然上海也在其中。當前,我國對外文化貿易具有明顯的順差,出口的大部分文化產品為依賴于我國長期以來的大規模廉價勞動力資源成本優勢。這個現狀是需要一個長久的過程進行改善與進步的。事實就是,屬于創意產業的那一部分的“軟件產品”的比例其實并不是很高。中國的文化產業在國外地區的發展仍然是個不小的問題。就算是我們中國已經實現了貿易順差的動畫文化產業,所出口的一大部分產品,也只是集中在世界的非主流的市場,主流產品還是以日本、歐美的動畫為主。上海作為中國的國際文化都市,在中國文化貿易發展這個問題上有著不可推卸的責任。為了強化上海國家對外文化貿易基地的功能,積極促進我國的“文化貿易”能夠更好更多地“走出去”,增加內容創意產品是一定要做的。當然,除了創意問題之外,文化差異問題、市場問題、觀念問題等等都是需要嘗試探討和研究的。35410

 Research on Foreign Cultural Trade in Shanghai
Abstract:Since the reform and opening up, Shanghai's government policy followed by the foreign policy -- "go out", our country enterprise foreign investment growth momentum is very strong. The economic development is increasingly vigorous, the total volume of foreign trade is also grow with each passing day. Even for a variety of reasons temporarily with the developed countries have a certain gap, but also has achieved certain degree of success.  Chinese foreign culture trade development is a general trend and  the vanguard of several city Shanghai is also in nature. At present, China's foreign cultural trade has obvious surplus, however, from the structure of import and export of cultural products and services, while the adjustment of the structure of a slight improvement, the actual situation is not very optimistic. Most of the exports of cultural products is dependent on China's long-term large-scale cheap labor cost advantage. This situation is a long process to improve and progress. The fact is, belong to the creative industry "software product" ratio is not high. The development of cultural industry in foreign countries is still a problem. Even if the trade surplus of the animation industry, non mainstream market most products exports also focused only on the world, the mainstream products to Japan, Europe and the United States animation. Shanghai as the Chinese international cultural metropolis, in China cultural trade development on this issue has not shirk the responsibility. In order to strengthen the Shanghai national foreign cultural trade base functions, and actively promote China's "cultural trade" can better and more "going out", to increase the content of creative products must be done.
