摘要:采用了赫爾槽試驗的方法,研究了氯化鉀鍍鋅的基礎配方和添加劑的配方以及鍍鋅工藝的條件。得到了以含量為128g/L的氯化鉀、64g/L氯化鋅和36g/L的硼酸為基礎液,0.65g/L芐叉丙酮、6.5g/L平平加、1g/LNNO擴散劑、1g/L苯甲酸鈉和0.3g/L肉桂酸為添加劑的氯化鉀鍍鋅液。利用了單因素法測定了添加劑組合物中芐叉丙酮、平平加、NNO擴散劑、擴散劑和肉桂酸對于鍍層光亮度以及電流光亮密度范圍的影響。表明了添加劑組合物中各個成份對于鍍層的影響和作用。同時利用哈林槽試驗對鍍液的分散能力進行了測試,得到了鍍液分散能力為53.8%,說明了鍍液的分散能力并不高,同時利用管狀件燒杯試驗對鍍液的深鍍能力進行了測試,得到了鍍液的深鍍能力在90%以上,說明了添加劑的加入對于鍍液性能的影響很大,作用很明顯。通過對鍍層的光亮度、脆性和結合力進行測試,說明了添加劑對于鍍層的作用,從而通過這些實驗獲得了一個能使鍍液及鍍層性能良好的電鍍添加劑。36808

Study on additive for potassium chloride zinc plating
Abstract: The basic formula of potassium chloride zinc plating and the formulation of additives and the conditions of the zinc plating process were studied by using the method of Hull Cell test. The boric acid content in the 128g/L potassium chloride, 64g / L chloride zinc and 36 as base fluid and 0.65g/L benzylidene acetone and 6.5g/l peregal, 1g/LNNO diffusion agent, 1g / L benzoic acid sodium and 0.3 g / L cinnamic acid as additives in potassium chloride zinc plating bath.
