設計總說明間甲酚是無色帶有黃色的可燃液體,是樹脂、醫藥、染料、農藥、彩色膠片、香料的重要中間體,例如:染料C.I.、維生素E、農藥除蟲菊酯、傳真用復印紙等。據資料統計,間甲酚的需求量一直將保持年均7%~10%左右的高速增長,目前產量不能滿足國內市場需求,每年都需要進口相當數量的間甲酚。隨著人們對精細化學品的開發和研究,間甲酚的用處越來越廣泛,需求量越來越大。36029
間甲酚的合成工藝有四種成熟的實驗室合成方法。經過反復比較和確認,本設計最終采用工業化可行性和可操作性最大的間甲苯胺重氮化法。并以此工藝路線為基準開發并轉化為實際工業生產過程。
采用現在市場中方便易得的工藝生產所需的原料,確定物料來源、價格和規格等,確定每種原料及最終成品的物性數據等。并利用鄰硝基苯乙酸的工藝研究中的確定的最佳工藝參數:間甲苯胺、亞硝酸鈉、硫酸以摩爾比例:1:1.01:3;最適反應溫度為5℃等,開發一個間甲苯胺新的用于工業生產的工藝過程。并進行物料和能量衡算。進而根據能量衡算確定生產過程使用的設備型號。
根據國家對化工企業生產的一系列要求,開發并設計適用于實際生產的工藝流程和設備布置圖。
