設計總說明:隨著國家經濟的高速發展,制藥廠規模的逐步增大,水污染問題成為大眾關注的焦點。本設計是根據設計任務中的原始數據和資料,根據現場的污水水質情況和現場的地形等相關資料,完成設計和計算,確定污水處理流程,計算各污水處理構筑物的尺寸,布置污水處理站總平面圖和高程圖以及部分構筑物的平剖面圖。這次的設計是我們利用所學到的水污染控制的相關知識,運用污水處理系統地進行方案的比較、優化,和每個構筑物結構的設計與參數計算。36024
該污水處理廠設計污水流量為Q=5000m³/d,產生的制藥污水的水質條件為:COD=11000mg/L;BOD5=4000mg/L左右;SS=2000mg/L;NH3-N=100mg/L;SO42-=1000,pH=6.5-8。污水經處理后的出水水質要求為:COD=100mg/L;BOD5=20mg/L左右;SS=70mg/L;NH3-N=15mg/L;pH=6-9;SO42-=1。本設計的特點:有大量的有機污染物,BOD/COD =0.36,污水的可生化性較好,其主要污染物SS、BOD5、COD等值都較高,該水質屬高有機物污水。
制藥廢水先是經過中格柵去除大雜質后進入提升泵房,用污水泵將廢水進行提升后進入依次進入細格柵和沉砂池,隨后進入調節池進行水質水量的調節,調節池的pH值在6-9之間,調節池出來的水進入絮凝池,接著進入AO池來降低有機物濃度,反應池的剩余污泥有污泥提升泵提升到污泥濃縮池內被濃縮,濃縮后進入污泥脫水機房,進一步降低污泥的含水率,實現污泥的減量化,污泥脫水后,形成泥餅,裝車外運處置。沉砂池選擇平流式,其效果好,耐沖擊負荷,適應溫度變化。工作穩定,構造簡單,易于施工,便于管理。消毒池選擇液氯消毒池,設計和運行管理方便,運行成本低。這樣的設計能去除高濃度的BOD5和COD。其中,在絮凝池、缺氧池和好氧池的去除率最大。

該處理工藝具有結構緊湊、簡潔,運用控制靈活,抗沖擊負荷,污泥量小,自動化程度高,操作維護簡單,工人的勞動強度低等特點,實踐表明該工藝處理性能可靠,投資少,運行管理簡單的特點。為制藥廢水處理提供了一條可行途徑,具有良好的經濟效益、環境效益和社會效益。
