摘要:通過包結絡合法[1]制備乙酸薄荷酯與β-環糊精的包合物。研究了乙酸薄荷酯與β環糊精之比、攪拌反應的時間、溫度和轉速對乙酸薄荷酯與β-環糊精的包合物包結能的影響。用紅外光譜儀( IR)對乙酸薄荷酯與β-環糊精的包合物的性能進行了表征。結果表明: m(乙酸薄荷酯):m(β-環糊精) = 1:13,實驗表明在轉速為600r/min,溫度為55℃的條件下反應1.5個小時所制備的乙酸薄荷酯與β-環糊精的包合物最為理想。通過XRD圖譜分析表明乙酸薄荷酯被成功包埋進β-環糊精里,并用熱重分析儀測得β-環糊精以及乙酸薄荷酯與β-環糊精的包合物的熱重曲線,計算得到乙酸薄荷酯與β-環糊精的包合物的裝載量為8.36%。35568

Study of binding energy of Menthyl acetate Loaded β-Cyclodextrin Nano Capsule
Abstract: Menthyl acetate loaded β-cyclodextrin(β-CD) nanoparticles were prepared by the Inclusion Complexation Method. We studied the influence to the particle size and and flavor capsule size distribution of nanoparticles which was related to the ratio of water and alcohol, flavor and wall materials, the time of reaction, stirring speed and reaction temperature. The menthyl acetate loaded β-cyclodextrin nanoparticles fabric flavoured were characterized by Infrared Spectrometer ( IR ), Thermogravimetric Analyzer ( TGA )and X-ray diffraction(XRD).
Results showed that fragrance loading capacity was 8.36% when m(fragrance): m(Wall Materials) = 1:13, reaction time was 1.5h, rotational speed was 600r/min and reaction temperature was 55℃.The release rate of Menthyl acetate loaded by β-cyclodextrin nanoparticles was decreased under the high temperature.It is proved that Menthyl acetate loaded by β-cyclodextrin nanoparticles through X-ray diffraction. 源¥自%六:維;論-文'網=www.aftnzs.live
