摘  要:通過關注這幾年發光材料的發展,我們可以發現在發光材料中摻雜稀土的研究是發光材料研究發展的主流和重點方向,近年來稀土發光材料的用途十分廣泛,在生活中電子發展,節能照明等都會用到發光材料,另外人們也發現稀土發光材料在醫療,探測技術等方面擁有巨大的潛力,因此也收到了人類科學研究的關注。中國在稀土應用方面的研究中,發光材料占據了最主要的地位。
在Y2O3納米發光材料摻雜稀土可以使其具有優秀的發光性能。 在本文中,我們詳細的解釋了在Y2O3發光材料中摻雜稀土的發光機理和發光性能。本文中所采用高溫焙燒方法可以用來合成多種結構和特征的Y203:Tb3+熒光材料。在實驗中通過改變焙燒時間、焙燒溫度以及摻雜稀土元素濃度的不同等方面,可以實現對Y203:Tb3+熒光材料的結構及形貌的產生一定的控制。35384

Preparation of Luminescent yttrium Oxide by High Temperature Calcination
Abstract: In the development of rare earth functional materials, especially the rare earth luminescent materials particularly attract sb.'s attention. Rare earth because of its special electronic structure,and has general elements incomparable spectroscopic properties,rare earth luminescent covering almost the entire solid state lighting category, as long as it comes to the light, almost inseparable from the rare earth.Rare earth element atoms have not filled by shielding the external 4f5d electronic configuration, it is abundant electron energy levels and long-lived excited state,energy transitions channels up to more than 20 million,can produce a variety of radiation absorption and emission,constitute a broad luminescent and laser materials. With rare earth separation and purification technology of progress,and the relevant technical promotion,rare earth luminescent materials research and application has grown significantly.Light is the most prominent rare earth compound optical, magnetic three funtion,by people of great concern. Light is the most prominent rare earth compound optical,magnetic three funtion, by people of great concern excellent luminescent properties and luminous efficiency.In this paper,we described a system of luminescent properties n the application of rare earth application in the field of consumer,rare earth luminescent lumine scent materials.This method calcined at high temperature,Y2O3:Tb3+ fluorescent materials with different structures and characteristics of the synthesis.By adjusting the calcination time, temperature and doping ratio parameters, the initial realization of Y2O3: fluorescent material, the structure and morphology control.
