羧基樹脂與磺酸基樹脂的制備

摘要課題的主要研究內容是通過原料聚苯乙烯小球制備含有特定基團的羧基樹脂和磺酸樹脂,再測定羧基樹脂與磺酸樹脂小球的功能基含量。利用共聚法,通過磺化、磷酸化接枝相關基團,制備所需共聚物。反應過程主要是硝化氧化反應以及磺化氧化反應。反應原料是氯球與濃硝酸或濃硫酸,反應得到含有羧酸基團或磺酸基團的樹脂。在測定過程中,利用KBr壓片法(KBr壓片法廣泛用于紅外定性分析和結構分析)進行常量組分的定量分析。再根據相應樹脂進行紅外譜圖性能測試以及氯球分子內特定功能基團的測定。實驗過程中用滴定管測定反應基團含量,利用紅外分析儀進行FI-IR性能分析。35346

Preparation of carboxyl resin and sulfonic resin
Abstract
This artical mainly researched the preparation of carboxyl resin and sulfonic acid resin by polystyrene beads which contained specific groups, and the functional group content of carboxyl resin and sulfonic acid resin ball were determined. The copolymer was prepared by the copolymerization of the sulfonated and phosphorylation to graft related groups. The main reaction process was nitration oxidation and the reaction of sulfonated oxidation. The raw material of the reaction was the chlorine ball with concentrated nitric acid or concentrated sulfuric acid, and the resin containing carboxylic acid groups or sulfonic groups was obtained. In the measurement, the quantitative analysis of the constant components was carried out by using KBr method (KBr tablet method widely used for infrared qualitative analysis and structural analysis). According to the IR spectrum of the corresponding resin and the determination of the specific functional groups in the chlorine sphere. Burets was used to determin the content of reactive groups, and FI-IR was used to analysis the perfurman of the resin during the experiment.
