日處理4.5萬噸地區城市生活污水SBR工藝設計

設計總說明:本設計的主要任務是根據該城市污水的水質、處理要求以及排污規模來完成污水處理廠方案的總體設計、總體布局、廠區管道布置、廠區道路及綠化設計;完成污水處理廠總平面及高程設計圖。其中本次設計需要完成設計說明書一份、污水處理廠總平面圖一張、污水處理工藝流程圖一張和高程圖一張,以及主要構筑物例如:泵房、SBR反應池、接觸消毒池及污泥濃縮池的平面圖、剖面圖及部分大圖樣。35320
本次設計污水處理量為4.5萬噸/天。本次設計污水處理廠的進水水質按如下考慮:CODcr:~210mg/L,BOD5:~110mg/L,SS:~200mg/L,NH3-N:~30mg/L,P=3mg/L。污水處理廠處理后的出水執行《城鎮污水處理廠污染物排放標準》(GB 18918-2002)中一級B標準,出水水質為:CODcr:≤60mg/L,BOD5:≤20mg/L,SS:≤20mg/L,NH3-N:≤15mg/L,pH:6~9,P:≤1mg/L。
為了能夠要達到脫氮除磷的要求,污水處理廠設計的污水處理流程為:污水由市政排水管網排出。流經中格柵以后,由污水提升泵房抽取,再通過泵后細格柵,進水到曝氣沉砂池中。之后污水進入配水井中,并由配水井排入到具有脫氮除磷功能的5個SBR反應池中。處理后的污水,會進入接觸消毒池。消毒池是能夠消除水中絕大部分的細菌和微生物的。最后污水由排水管渠排出。污泥處理的流程則為:從SBR反應池排出的剩余污泥會被排入到集泥井之中。再通過集泥井向兩個污泥濃縮池中排放污泥。經過連續重力污泥濃縮后,污泥進入污泥脫水機房進行脫水。脫水后的泥餅會被外運至垃圾填埋場進行填埋處理。
本次論文的設計原則為:(1)為了使員工的生生活起居能夠方便,污水處理廠中處理區的位置應力求合理,而且應與生活區盡量分隔開來;(2)處理構筑物按工藝處理流程布置的同時,應該充分利用地形;(3)構筑物與構筑物之間的距離應當滿足管道的鋪設,還有能夠滿足檢修時,人員和車輛的進入;(4)因為處理廠存在事故和檢修,所以超越管線是工藝流程中必不可少的存在;(5)污泥處理區會產生臭味,鼓風機房會產生噪音,應該合理布置它們的位置來盡量避免或減少對周圍居民的影響。(6)在各個構筑物外側設置安全通道,方便工作人員查看,滿足物品運輸和日常操作管理的需要。
