摘要:本課題主要研究了固體脂質載體包覆苯乙基間苯二酚的性能研究,探究了pH值對體系的影響,又研究了不同含量的無機鹽、多元醇對固體脂質微粒的影響。接下來研究了提高包覆量對脂質微粒粒徑分布及穩定性影響。最后研究了體系在化妝品中的應用。實驗確定了制備條件為初乳化:16000rpm×3min,超聲:30%×5min,體系粒徑較小,且穩定性良好;隨著pH值的增加,粒徑逐漸減小,但在過堿的條件下會使樣品性質發生改變;隨著無機鹽的增加,其粒徑增加且體系稠度增加;加入不同多元醇對體系影響不同;調高體系包覆量,穩定性下降;固體脂質微粒在化妝品的應用中,隨著添加劑的增加,體系粒徑呈現不同的變化。35203

Properties of nanostructured lipid carrier coated with phenethyl resorcinol
Abstract:This paper studied the preparation and properties of NLC coated with phenylethyl resorcinol, explored the effects of pH Value, inorganic salts and polyols on the system. Then, the paper discussed the impact on the particle size distribution and its stability, with the loading amout of phenethyl resorcinol increasing. Finally, the application of the systemin cosmetics has also been studied. Experiments has been done to determine the preparation of the NLC, and the method we chose is: 16000rpm × 3min, ultrasonic power: 30% , treatment time: 5min. The obtained system possessed smaller particle size, and good stability. With pH value increasing, the particle size decreased, but too much alkali would change the original properties of the system. And with the inorganic salt increasing, the particle size increased, so did the viscosity. Adding different polyols effected the system differently. ; increasing the loading amount decreased its stability.
