摘要:建立準確度好、可靠性高消暑產品中乙醇檢測的標準測定方法,不僅能夠確保監測數據真實有效,而且對于消暑產品的質量和評價,消費者的使用安全、人體健康具有顯著的意義。乙醇含量是消暑產品的重要參數之一,它將影響消暑產品在體內的分布。毛細管氣相色譜法氣相色譜毛細管柱因其高分離能力、高靈敏度、高分析速度等獨特優點而得到迅速發展。本論文建立了毛細管氣相色譜法測定消暑產品中的乙醇含量,方法學試驗結果表明,本實驗所建立的含量測定方法切實可行。實驗以正丙醇為內標物,內標法測定消暑液中乙醇含量,結果表明,所建立的方法在選定的濃度范圍內,具有良好的線性關系,相關系數在0.998以上,精密度的相對標準偏差均小于5%,回收率在94.4%~107.4%之間,說明本法定性、定量準確,可靠,準確度和回收率較高,可用于消暑產品中乙醇含量的測定。利用建立的方法測定消暑產品的乙醇含量,結果表明:寶寶金水、花露水中乙醇含量分別為77.4%和79.4%。35143

 Abstract:To establish a good accuracy, high reliability refreshing products in ethanol detection standard determination method can not only ensure the monitoring data is true and effective, and for the summer heat product quality and evaluation, the use of consumer safety, health is significant. The content of ethanol is one of the important parameters of cooling products, it will affect the refreshing products distribution in vivo. Capillary gas chromatography capillary column has been developed rapidly because of its unique advantages, such as high separation capability, high sensitivity, high speed of analysis and so on.. This paper established capillary gas chromatography method for the determination of the content of ethanol in the summer heat product, method of test results show that the established method for the content determination of feasible. Experiment with propanol as internal standard, internal standard method for the determination of ethanol content in the refreshing liquid. The results show that the established method in the selected concentration range, with good linear relationship, correlation coefficient over 0.998, relative standard deviation of the precision were less than 5%. Recovery rate of 94.4% to 107.4% between, illustrate the method qualitatively and quantitatively accurate, reliable, accuracy and high recovery rate can be used for the determination of ethanol content in cultivated products. Determination of ethanol content of cultivated products using established methods, results show that: baby Jinshui, toilet water ethanol content respectively 77.4% and 79.4%.
