設計總說明:  聚對苯二甲酸乙二醇酯簡稱為PET,別名滌綸樹脂或聚酯樹脂,俗稱滌綸。是由對苯二甲酸和乙二醇直接酯化法或對苯二甲酸二甲酯與乙二醇酯交換法制成的聚合物。它與PBT一起統稱為熱塑性聚酯,或飽和聚酯。35108
PET樹脂的合成方法主要有:酯交換法(DMT)、直接酯化法(PTA)等,直接酯化法是廣泛采用。因為使用PTA法單耗低于DMT近15%,而價格通常還比DMT法略低,因而產品原料的成本必然降低。PTA法無甲醇生成,因而省去甲醇回收工序,流程簡短并節省投資。而且也不存在甲醇防火防暴問題,可降低消防和安全要求。PTA法中EG/PTA配比通常較低,因此EG精制工序處理量小,有利于減少投資。綜合考慮,本次設計選擇生產方法為PTA法。
根據下達的設計任務,本設計進行了年產10萬噸聚對苯二甲酸乙二醇酯的車間工藝設計。通過查閱大量的文獻資料和調研實習,對PET的性能進行了總結,對PET的生產工藝進行了科學論證,對物料、熱量進行了衡算,對生產設備進行了計算和選型。根據年產10萬噸PET聚合物車間工藝設計進行了車間的布置設計,本設計中,車間采用長方形雙層廠房。長方形車間比較便于作全廠總平面布置,節約用地,方便設備的排列。廠房的選址會根據自然地理特征、運輸條件、水源和動力供應條件、建筑施工條件以及工人住宅條件等原則進行優選。本設計也充分考慮了人員安全和環境保護方面的問題。在生產過程中,要求生產人員嚴格遵守操作規章,并經常參加安全知識的相關培訓,了解相關信息。在環保方面,對廢水和噪音的排放也進行嚴格要求。

本設計由許春華老師指導,他提出了許多寶貴的意見來幫助我完成了PET聚合物車間工藝設計,在此表示衷心感謝。通過本設計,本人對PET生產的流程以及其應用有了較全面的掌握,這為今后從事相關的工作打下了基礎。

According assigned book design, this design was 100,000 tons of polyethylene terephthalate workshop process design.
