摘要:本文采用復凝聚法,采用殼聚糖作為壁材,生姜精油為芯材,三聚磷酸鈉(TPP)為交聯劑,進行生姜精油微膠囊的制備。考察了殼聚糖/海藻酸鈉比、乳化劑類型、交聯劑類型、精油質量、體系固形物含量、殼聚糖在體系中的比例、乳化劑/精油比、芯壁比、交聯劑/殼聚糖比等因素對微膠囊粒徑的影響。采用傅立葉變換紅外光譜儀(FTIR)、熱重分析儀、對微膠囊的結構以及包埋率進行了分析和表征測定。結果表明,在高固形物含量下,采用三聚磷酸鈉作為交聯劑,AEO-9為乳化劑,殼聚糖占體系的1%,乳化劑/精油比為1:7,芯壁比為1:3,交聯劑占殼聚糖的2%時,制備出來的生姜精油微膠囊粒徑大小適宜,為464.6納米,精油包埋率為4.96%。由紅外結果表明在900cm-1處,有代表取代的=C-H鍵存在,表明了生姜精油已經被成功包埋。34835

Research of Performance and Preparation of Ginger Oil Loaded Microcapsules
Abstract:By the condensation method, this paper using chitosan as wall material, ginger oil as the core material, sodium tripolyphosphate (TPP) as crosslinking agent to prepare ginger oil loaded microcapsules. The effects of chitosan / alginate ratio, emulsifier, cross-linking agent, oil quality, system solid content, proportion of chitosan in the system, emulsifier / oil ratio, core wall ratio, crosslinking agent / chitosan ratio of microcapsule particle size were studied. The structure and the embedding rate of the micro capsule and the structure of the microcapsules were analyzed by Fu Liye transform infrared spectrometer (FTIR) and the structure of the microcapsules. The results show that under the high solids content, using sodium tripolyphosphate as cross-linking agent and AEO-9 as emulsifier, chitosan system accounted for 1%, emulsifier and oil ratio is 1:7, core wall ratio is 1:3, crosslinking agent 2% chitosan, preparation of the ginger oil micro capsules’ size are suitable as 464.6 nm, essential oil bag buried rate was 4.96%.
