摘要:本論文采用直接電沉積鎳方法和以化學沉積鎳為輔助的電沉積鎳方法分別在碳纖維表面進行鎳鍍層沉積。碳纖維表面電沉積鎳工藝包括前處理過程和鍍鎳過程,前處理工序包括化學除油、敏化及活化,然后研究直接電沉積鎳和以化學沉積為輔助的電沉積鎳鍍層的導電性能變化,通過研究兩種工藝條件及參數如時間變化、電流密度變化對碳纖維表面鍍鎳層導電性能的影響,研究發現經過前處理之后的碳纖維,通過60min化學沉積鎳,在電流密度為0.09A/dm2的條件下再進行60min電沉積鎳的碳纖維表面上的鎳鍍層連續均勻、細致,鍍層顯銀灰色,單位電阻為0.0002kΩ•cm-1。34304

Study on electroplate nickel plating on carbon fibers
Abstract:This paper adopts the direct electroplate deposition method or chemical deposition then electroplate deposition method respectively plate nickel on the surface of carbon fibers. Electroplate deposition of nickel on surface of carbon fiber and nickel plating process including pre-treatment process,pre-treatment process including chemical degreasing, sensitization and activation, changes in conductivity and then study direct electroplate deposition of nickel and electroless deposition for electroplate deposited nickel coating auxiliary, through the study of two kinds of process conditions and parameters such as current density, time variation effects of the nickel plated carbon fiber surface layer of conductive performance, the study found that after pre-treatment of carbon fiber after electroless nickel deposition, through 60min, and then 60min electroplate deposited nickel at a current density of 0.09A/dm2 under the condition of carbon fiber on the surface of the nickel coating is uniform and fine coating was continuous gray, unit resistance of 0.0002kΩ•cm-1. 源¥自%六:維;論-文'網=www.aftnzs.live
