摘要:隨著社會的變遷和經濟的發展,女性不再局限于以往“賢妻良母”的社會角色,而是踏入社會,接觸不同行業的人或工作,期望在工作中實現自我價值,獲得成就感。越來越多的女性在經濟上獲得了獨立,社會地位也逐漸提高。但是家庭和職場之間頻繁的身份轉化,導致一些女性特別是已婚育的白領女性在扮演工作-家庭雙重角色時出現了矛盾和沖突,不斷影響她們的工作、家庭和身心健康,現已成為困擾已婚育白領女性的難題。本文主要通過文獻、訪談、案例分析等方法,研究已婚育白領女性角色沖突及其后果、分析角色沖突產生的原因。此外,本文從社會工作角度為已婚育白領女性提出了角色沖突的調適方法,培養支持性的社會環境、找準自己的角色定位、樹立正確的價值觀、學會自我緩解壓力、提高角色能力和角色素質,從而平衡已婚育白領女性工作與家庭之間的關系,緩解已婚育白領女性的壓力。36084

Abstract: With the change of society and economy development, women are no longer confined to the previous social role of "wife" but step into society, contact with people from different backgrounds or work, expect to achieve self worth in the work, get a sense of achievement. A growing number of women gained its independence in terms of economy, social status also gradually improve. But the identity of the frequent conversion between family and career, that cause some women to especially has examination of white-collar women in the work - family dual role when the contradictions and conflicts, affect their work, family, and physical and mental health, has become a problem in have baby white-collar female. This paper mainly through the methods of literature, interview, case analysis, research has baby white-collar female role conflict and its consequences, and to analyze the causes of role conflict.
