摘要隨著人類經濟社會的快速發展,肆意的開發,缺少足夠的保護,使水資源匱乏,生態環境惡化,威脅水資源利用的可持續發展,水資源的保護成為刻不容緩的問題。針對地質景觀區生態環境退化的現狀,以巖溶地貌地質景觀區為例,建立資源環境承載力評價模型,以遙感監測技術為手段,對地質景觀區水資源環境狀況進行評價和分析,為區域生態環境保護和資源合理利用提供理論依據。水資源承載力是某地域以可持續發展為原則,經過合理優化配置,對當地社會經濟發展的最大支撐能力。本文基于ENVI和ArcGIS軟件,以“全國生態環境承載力調查與國土資源綜合監測”計劃項目的總體目標為指導,以現行《生態功能區劃暫行規定》的敏感性等級標準為指示,分析各指標因子對水資源承載力的影響,并結合研究區域實地情況對各個因子分別進行水資源承載力評價。本文針對滇東南巖溶地區,通過遙感和地理信息手段,通過降水蒸降比、人均水資源量、水網密度指數,結合幾何重心模型進行水資源承載力評價,從而對該地區水資源承載力狀況進行綜合評價,并對現狀進行分析和提出建議。34377

Abstract
With the rapid development of human economy and society, lack of adequate protection, the scarcity of water resources, the deterioration of ecological environment, threat and utilization of water resources sustainable development and the protection of water resources become the urgent question.
